Beginning June 2023 and running throughout the year, our private chef will be available to book for your chalet or dome!
📲 HOW IT WORKS:
1. Book your chalet or dome as normal, then give us a call at (709) 486-0892 to book your private chef.
2. You’ll be presented with a choice of menu and time options upon booking.
3. Choose your time and menu options, then kick back and relax!
👨🏻🍳 ABOUT CHEF ROBERT LIBERTY:
After graduating from the Stratford Chef School, Chef Robert Liberty began working in several restaurants across the country, including places like The Delta Park Lodge in Kananaskis, The Compleat Angler in Muskoka, and several others in the resort town of Collingwood, Ontario. Collingwood was also the location where he ran the ‘Kids Feeding Kids’ program at the Youth Centre for 3 years.
Today he finds himself in the beautiful province of Newfoundland and Labrador, with its abundance of natural elements!

Newfoundland is a cornucopia of natural delights just waiting to be forged, fished, and yes, fired upon.
