Chalet Selection
Please keep in mind that although we will make every effort to ensure you get the chalet / dome you selected at the time of your reservation situations may arise that will force us to change your reserved chalet / dome.
Check-In
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out 11:00am.
Cleaning Fee
Although general housekeeping is included in your room rental, failure to wash your dishes and wipe down the kitchen will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee on your credit card.
Damages
You will be responsible for any damages to the chalet / dome, furnishings, property or equipment by yourself or your guests. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of 25 percent, due 30 days before arrival and is non-refundable within the 30 days. 5 days prior to arrival the full amount of your booking is automatically charged to your card and is non-refundable.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount and never expire. They can only be used towards Riverfront Chalets accommodations. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Hot Tub
The outdoor hot tub that the four 2 bedroom chalets share as well as the private hot tub at the vacation home, seats six people, and is for chalet guests only. Please do not exceed this limit as it will cause water to overflow from the hot tub. If the hot tub loses too much water, the tub will not be able to filter properly and the chemical balance will be interrupted.
Correcting this imbalance can take up to 24 hours during which the hot tub will not be available for you or other guests. In the event that you exceed the 6- person capacity of the hot tub, you could be charged a minimum $200 fee on your credit card to cover the cost of correcting the issue.
The hot tub that the four 2 bedroom chalets share, guests sign up for their private time upon arrival.
The domes each have private hot tubs which seats 2 people. The same guidelines listed above for the larger hot tubs are applicable to the dome hot tubs.
Internet Services
We have Xplornet coverage for the chalets and the domes do not have Internet service. However, due to our remote location there may be periods in which a reliable internet connection is not possible.
Pet Policy
We are unable to accommodate pets in the chalets and domes. Allowing animals of any kind in your chalet will result in a minimum $250 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.
Smoking Policy
For a clean and healthy living environment, our chalets and domes are smoke-free. Any smoking in chalets will result in a minimum $250 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.
